many reasons ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) is a popular material for re-roof low-slope
roofing applications.
Single-ply EPDM roofing systems are based on a high-performance synthetic rubber compound that
provides outstanding weathering characteristics. It is highly resistant to tearing, solvents, and high
temperatures, which makes it easy to clean. Typical applications include office buildings, distribution

SBS Modified Membrane Roofing Systems
